What video formats do you support?
MP4, MOV, and WEBM. Any standard codec (H.264, H.265, VP9) works. For best results, export from your screen recorder or camera as MP4 + H.264.
How long does rendering take?
Most videos finish in 1–5 minutes. A 60-second clip usually renders in under 2 minutes. Very long videos (5+ minutes) or heavy overlay counts can take up to 15 minutes.
What's the maximum video length?
10 minutes per render. For longer content, split into multiple projects.
Why did my render fail?
The most common reasons: unusual video codec (re-export as MP4), timeout on very long clips, or a missing source file. The error card in the editor tells you which one and how to fix it. Click Try again after making the suggested change.
I closed the tab during setup. Did I lose my work?
No. We auto-save your wizard progress every couple of seconds. Open the dashboard and your draft is there with a “Draft” badge. Click it to pick up where you left off. Uploaded videos are preserved; text you entered is preserved; transcriptions don't re-run.
What's the difference between Free and paid plans?
Free tier renders include a small Deliveny watermark. Paid tiers remove the watermark and unlock higher render quotas. Full pricing on the pricing page.
How do I track my video generation progress?
Once you hit Generate, you'll see a progress bar. If you navigate away, your video will continue generating on our servers. The My Videos page shows the status of every project (Draft / Processing / Ready).
My AI avatar video is stuck on “Processing”. What now?
Our system automatically reconciles stuck videos every 15 minutes. If it's been over 30 minutes and still processing, email us with the project URL and we'll investigate within a business day.
Can I add my own template?
Custom templates are on the roadmap. For now, you pick from the curated template gallery. If you have a specific layout in mind, email us and we prioritize what teams ask for.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Danger Zone. Deleting removes all your projects, renders, and data permanently (GDPR-compliant).
