Deliveny ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Deliveny platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture through our authentication provider (Auth0).

Content You Provide: Videos, images, scripts, brand assets, and other materials you upload to create video content.

Deliveny Recorder (browser extension): If you install our Chrome extension, then only while you actively record (which you start and stop yourself) it captures: the browser tab you choose to record (its on-screen video), your microphone audio (your voiceover), and the on-screen positions of your clicks and interactions. This is used solely to build your tutorial. The extension does not capture what you type into fields (no keystrokes or input values), does not record any tab other than the one being recorded, and does not run or capture anything in the background. Your recording is handed to your Deliveny account, where it is processed into your video. Recordings are used only to generate your videos and are never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited and features used, to improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
Process and render your video content
Send important service-related communications
Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
Protect against unauthorized access and abuse

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate the platform. These include:

Auth0 for authentication
Supabase for data storage
OpenAI for AI-powered script generation and analysis
HeyGen for AI avatar video generation
ElevenLabs for text-to-speech
Sentry for error monitoring

Each third-party service processes data according to their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Uploaded media files are stored temporarily for processing and are automatically cleaned up after 24 hours. Rendered videos are stored in secure cloud storage.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Project data (videos, scripts, overlays) is retained until you delete it or close your account. Temporary processing files are automatically deleted within 24 hours.

You have the right to:

Access and download your personal data
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Object to processing of your data
Withdraw consent at any time

7. Cookies
